IT Consultant, IT Quality Services
Chris Wallace began his career with IBM in Durham, NC as a Software engineer in April 2000. While at IBM and moving up the corporate ladder, he gained valuable experience in SDLC, Trouble shooting, Testing, Debugging Java, PM Methodology, Integration life cycle, Implementation of software, mainframes, and multiple operating systems for desktops among other technical skills.
In September 2008 Chris left IBM to pursue a different career path. This move took him to Amarillo, TX where he gained an unprecedented amount of knowledge on dismantling nuclear weapons for the United States, Russia, and Canada. After 4 years in Amarillo, Chris and his family decided to move back to North Carolina to pursue a more meaningful purpose for his career.
Chris joined Sequence in August 2013 with help of a very good friend Michael Taylor. Chris is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where he received his BS degree in MIS.
Chris currently resides in Apex, NC with his wife Jessica and daughters, Allani and Cicily. He is also a proud owner of a fur baby named “Bella” (Boxer dog). Chris likes to spend his free time working out at the gym, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family..
Process Analytics Consultant, Software Management Services
Ada Scheid began her career in 2005 as a Software Support technician in Greenville, SC gaining knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management systems. In 2006, she began work with UPS as an account manager, and became a subject matter expert in UPS technology, freight shipping, and international import/export. While working on her Masters she worked as a graduate assistant at NC State, and interned with Cintas formally DunnWell as a primary user, implementer, and trainer of the company’s service software (SNaaP). She has expertise in the transportation industry, fire protection industry, and software industry.
In 2013, Ada joined Sequence as a Consultant serving Biogen. Ada’s project with Biogen had her traveling to their Cambridge, MA location where she was the lead validation resource for an upgrade to their existing EAM system Infor10. Her team was also responsible for migrating the data for each of Biogen’s sites, where she gained experience in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of large scale software projects. Ada is part of the Discoverant Team and has worked with validation documentation, hierarchy maintenance support, and hierarchy development. She is currently working with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Biogen.
Ada graduated from Wofford College with a BA in Finance. She moved to NC to attend North Carolina State University where she graduated with a MBA focused on Supply Chain and Marketing. She resides in Cary, NC.
Manager, Quality Engineering
Justin graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Professional Engineer. In 2007 he began his career in the pharmaceutical industry and has supported multiple projects as a project engineer/quality lead mainly focused on the implementation of the DeltaV DCS platform. As quality lead Justin was involved in developing the commissioning and qualification strategy for the DeltaV software supporting the Grifols Fractionation Project, which was awarded 2014 ISPE Facility of Year for Project Execution.
Since mid 2013, Justin has supported the new Baxter facility in Covington, GA by creating the process control system functional specifications for all utility systems, the manufacturing execution system functional specifications for various process systems and the validation schedule/strategy for the site-wide process control system. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife Randi and their three daughters, Kate, Landyn, and Madelyn.
Principal Consultant, Quality Programs & Compliance
Lyn Marsh has specialized in Computer and Automation validation since 1997, when she began her career with a large contract pharmaceutical manufacturer. She has worked on a number of large projects, including implementations and upgrades of Documentum, SampleManager LIMS, Learning Management Systems, and TrackWise. Lyn has also served as validation lead of an international implementation of SAP R/3.
In 2011, Lyn joined Sequence and began working on the creation and implementation of a Quality and Validation Program for R.J. Reynolds. Lyn is currently a Senior Consultant and the Site Lead for the R.J. Reynolds project working on the implementation of a Regulatory Management System (including Document Management, CAPA, Complaints, Non-Conformance, and Change Control), a Learning Management System, and is beginning the documentation and validation of a Manufacturing Execution System. Lyn is experienced in all areas of Computer validation, including the creation of processes, procedures, risk management, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, as well as internal and external auditing.
Lyn resides in Farmville, NC with her husband Kelly and their four-year old husky, Nanook.
